Uber driver not showing up.

Sep 20, 2016 · I was online through most of this morning hoping for an XL pick up. After about 3 hours I checked on the passengers app and notice there was no option for the XL vehicles. I wrote Uber partners and they responded with a canned email basically saying that I need to move into a busier area. Has anyone else encountered this problem today. Since then, the Eats option would not show up in my Driving Preferences, and I get no Eats requests. I've emailed and phoned support several times and each time they give me the standard response which is relog / reinstall / reboot. Preferences not showing UberX. I only see Deliveries in my Preferences. Uber tells me that I should be getting X rides. Haven’t had anything but deliveries in 3 weeks. When I open the passenger app I should see a car over my location but I don’t. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, waited 15+ minutes and logged back in.
