We've received no update on the status of the issue, and when you select the channel to tells us the big ball game is available on Fox Sports, which isn't offered and Fox Deportes, which also isn't offered. Last year we couldn't even watch the superbowl because of this issue.
All TV providers have in their terms that programming/channels are subject to change. Doesn't matter if it is 5 years down the road, a few months, or your first week of service.
