Tivo remote not working with new batteries.
Thought maybe a reset of the TiVo's remote pairings and resetting the remote would help. Now it's worse. Neither the originally paired remote, the new remote, or a third remote I borrowed from a TiVo mini will Pair. In other words, the TiVo itself, not the remotes, is refusing to Pair.
Look at the manual, or go to TiVo.com and search for remote settings. You might be able to figure it out, and guide im through a fix. Like. Pressing those once made the TiVo act like it was pressed twice. Covering the IR sensor would make it act normal, which meant that the remote sent 2 signals: one via IR and one via bluetooth.
