Also farming scav bosses would be easy, scav locates and friend pmc nades boss then. Otherwise i like the idea of making max karma more of a goal for players.

It is one million times easier to dress your PMC as a scav and do co OP exfil with a real scav. You might not find a PMC, but you'll always find a player scav. Bringing a red flare to the coop exfil and let a player scav loot it. Then, his bag will be full and he will be ready to exfil with you.
