I'm not sure if this is part of the factory alarm, the previous owner might have had an aftermarket alarm ...The flashing D and CEL indicate a transmission issue but not necessarily a problem. Do the basics - check fluid levels, color, smell, etc...and see if an issue can be found. How many miles are on the vehicle? The pilots have had issues with shift solenoids going bad (among a number of other hondas). find which solenoid is being flagged and replace it. should be able to pull a diagnostic code up with a good scan tool.
