Each time I log on I get a notification that gifting will be unlocked in 30 days, which is already weird but whatever, but it also seems that the 30 days is getting reset each time I log on, which means that unless I stay logged in for a month straight I won't be able to send ... Or if they can't unlock your account for gifting, you could ask them if they can send the gift and charge you for it. If the first reply you get back doesnt seem helpful, just reply back re-explaining the situation until you get an actual person.
