For those people who read the title and want a legit easy way to fill soul gems, just go to one of the spider caverns with a soul trap weapon. When you make a Soul Trap weapon, reduce the duration to 2-3 seconds instead of 5 seconds and you will get 100+ charges. The spider caverns are for trash petty gems purely for leveling enchanting.
