Ultimately, try to use your super in locations where your opponent has limited cover to hide from your Chaos Reach. Also, try to engage your opponent at odd angles (i.e going high up in the sky) to reduce your chances of getting shot down. Baiting your opponent into a lane which is difficult to exit is also a good idea. MY BUILD

Absolutely. Chaos is still the best shutdown, although thunder crash is debatable. However, with the super changes, you are not gonna get a bunch of supers just for having intellect as you would before. Best ones are Fallen Sunstar, Crown of Tempests, Chromatic Fire, Vesper of Radius, and the new exotic helmet with Divinity. If you want to do huge damage you can use Geomag Stabilizers to buff Chaos Reach, but since they got rid of the topping-off aspect of it there’s basically no neutral game to it. I do enjoy it though.

Increase Chaos Reach's DPS so it's viable. If not, there's essentially no reason for the super from what I can tell. It probably should, or at least have an intrinsic high power mode (more super used, more damage output) because as it stands right now, it's best used after you run out of heavy.

CI is a lot worse than it used to be. For several reasons. Chaos resist is much easier to get than it was in the glory days of CI. Low life with chaos resist, or low life with Shav's, is usually better than CI. Shav's is cheaper than historically and again is typically better than CI.You will get grenade energy back from Ionic Traces(a perk found on the Chaos Reach Tree) allowing you to keep your supercharged arc soul up as long as your getting kills.
