We have no previous experience with Autovia and expected nothing but the usual car rental process. We waited for 85 minutes as the expediting of the customers in line was very very slow. Rental of our first car reservation was slow, but worked. You need to sign a new contract and conditions although we had a contract with Holiday Autos.
