OP updated with the latest sigpatches for Atmosphere 1.3.2. Remember, when only Atmosphere is updated, only the Loader patches require an update (is most cases, some handful ones didn't require loader patches to be updated).. When the Nintendo firmware is updated that's when the ES and FS patches are updated.I updated Atmosphere, hekate, and sigpatches, as soon as the latest hekate came out. No issues With 16.0.3. Didn't even need to clear/retrain my mod chip. Also ran Lockpic_RCM and dumped keys, but there doesn't appear to be any new keys. The issue is probably that Tinfoil hasn't been updated to address some changes in latest Atmosphere and also with latest firmware. Try to reinstall Tinfoil itself using the latest version available. If you games work just fine even after updating everything, then the issue are not the sigpatches but rather Tinfoil itself.

I was using the sdsetup download tool before and I have deleted everything except the nintendo folder, trying fuseé primary and its sigpatches then hekate and its sigpatches. Nothing worked. Thanks for the sigpatches! Also for people that like to keep the sysMMC clean and uses the emuMMC instead, the sigpatches for AMS 1.5.4 also include the default config file for hekate which adds back the option to boot CFW on sysMMC as its first option, so be careful to not select it on accident.
