All of those folders + the last file are the save data for that game. Almost every game for the switch has a unique way they store the save files. Sometimes it's just 1 file, sometimes it's 2-3, and sometimes it's a bunch of folders and files, like pikmin 4

The problem here imo is the game is tied to fps. Cut it in half and it runs half speed. Double the speed to 120 fps and itll run 2x as fast as it should. Most games these days for pc fps isnt tied to game speed but older games thats a thing. Skyrim would be a good example.
