I returned from vacation to find my Tivo Bolt + not working at all. I unplugged the unit close to at least 10 times and the only thing that happens it the red light flashes every 2 seconds ad-infinitum. No other lights are on, just the red one. So my Roamio froze up in the middle of a show. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The starting up message appeared and shortly after, all lights on the front were flashing quickly. Tried one more time and it started up and seems to work now. I did some searching and read that it could either be the wall wart or the hard drive.

The TiVo logo came up on my TV screen as usual after a reboot but after a few more seconds the front lights started flashing again and my TV reported no signal.
