Daclif. I am totally unnerved, I just can't beat the Maul PG against Phoenix (and also not the Tie Interceptor-PG and Darth Malgus-PG) in Proving Grounds. This is setting me back month by month. When I read about Proving Ground, they say you can beat Maul with any GL, except SLKR, but I have JMK and I get defeat after defeat!After about 30 minutes of attempts, I was able to clear the new tier of proving grounds with SLKR. It is highly RNG dependent, but below is a write up of the strategy I used in case any other SLKR owners are struggling to complete the event. The lineup I used was KRU lead, FOST, Hux, Sith Trooper, and, of course, SLKR. FOST zeta is required.

I've just got to 4 mil gp and can finally access proving grounds however my Jedi team can't make a dent in either event. R6 Revan lead, R8 yoda, R5 bastilla, R5 Jolee, R5 Ezra. On my successful attempt key factors were 1) Thrawn not dying and landing Fracture on Malgus early 2) deathmark bouncing to everyone but Malgus 3) swiping on Malgus whenever possible to reduce his mastery 4) SLKR reaching full ult and 5) Thrawn still not dying and able to fracture Malgus a second time. 1. This is my first PG and Ben Solo is the one I really want to go after since I’m on my way to Rey as my first GL. I 3-starred CAT, Maul, and SoJ with my Padme team but it either isn’t good enough or I can’t figure out the strategy for the Swolo mission. Any advice would be appreciated. Maul. The extra daze alongside the ever growing damage makes him able to survive longer and hit very hard.

I managed to 3 star it with JKL lead, JML, Hermit Yoda (I think, or Old Ben...?), GAS and JKR (my JML didn't have his ULT and only 3 zetas) 4.In general: Kill DR ASAP so you can use JKL AoE stun. Activate JKL (for me he got killed and got the bonus turn from JKR savior) Get deathmark on Malak (Might work if it’s Malgus too since JKR can ignore taunt / mark) You’ll take enough turns that you’ll be able to remark Malgus continually and he won’t use his big attack on you.
