There are some differences between a late model 780A and an early 7090. The backwrap roll, the one behind the rubber roll, was changed so instead of the outboard greasable bearings on the 780A you now have inboard, in the roll, bearings, exactly the same as the 600 series used. The hitch went from an adjustable to a fixed hitch on the 7090.
