The bonus armour from memento is not reliable, lasts 10 sec and requires a kill. So it's worse at synergizing with intimidate, compared to adrenaline rush. However, if you can get full stacks on it, then you don't need intimidate on chest and can roll another talent. It often comes down to difficulty.
