Cams etc. can all stay as is for a turbo. They all will need a suitable clutch and gearbox work at the 500HP level.

The A4 and the A8 are the same motor. A4 has a throttle cable A8 is DBW. A8 has a different intake cam I believe. The bottom end is the same. Search this forum and you will see many people making good power or stock A4's. If you have an Accord you are screwed.
As you just need a adapter made to mount the turbo flange . That said there still has not been one made for mass market that I have seen but I am sure it will with the new SI using K24Z7 . If the engine harness is different than the engine, you either need to change the sensor, or re-pin the plug. You need the service manual for that engine to verify.
