He's actually an anthro lizard who was cursed to become a wereturtle, and his were-beast form resembles a snapping turtle. This fellow does not need a full moon to transform, however. He only transforms when he gets upset or furious, much like the Incredible Hulk. This wereturtle is actually neutral, not evil.
