There are literally THOUSANDS of similar reviews here already, on Justfly and numerous other third party ticket floggers. All of them share one trait - they are absolutely wretched to deal with if things go wrong. There are many thousands of complaints about them all across the many Tripadvisor forums, particularly the Air Travel forum, and there are complaints all over the Internet about them. A Google search of 'JustFly Reviews and Complaints' would have revealed all the negative comments and complaints before booking and you could have avoided them.

I tried reaching a Justfly customer service agent at: (800) 717-5015 and 877-605-4023 and their corporate HQ number in Montreal at (514) 508-7500, however the internal menu option did not provide an extension for existing reservation disputes. Justfly basically washed their hands of it and said there was nothing they could do for me.
