The Poleblade will be a little weak but you'd probably do best with a pure Dex build. Pure Arc wouldn't do anything for HoM whereas pure Dex does help Eleonora's at least some. Splitting between them would be the worst of both worlds. If you're planning to go to like over RL250, then in that case yeah just raise both to 80.The bleed effect is affected by your Arcane skill, so get that up to 40 and upgrade the weapon to +7 or higher and you will see some gains. Its not OP but as you say its OK. Reason being it will never reach the absurd Bleed buildup of a Blood Infused regular Twinblade or the absurd weapon art of Rivers of Blood.The only thing the Poleblade may win in is the Weapon Art, which staggers enemies faster and easier.
