Mercari won't cancel order not shipped. Bought a high dollar item (~$2,000) and the seller made a shipping label but never dropped it off. When you make the shipping label, Mercari says it's shipped, despite what the shipper says. It's been over a week and the seller has gone silent, won't respond to messages at all.
