Honda odyssey hood latch not working.
1. Reconnect the Odyssey's battery, if it is disconnected. The power sliding doors will not reset without the battery connected. 2. Turn the ignition on. Move the power sliding door switch to "Off," then move it back to "On." This switch is located to the left of the steering wheel.
Long story short, the motors went out in the gate at 50k miles. The Honda dealer fixed it and they went out again at 60k miles. They said the warranty was void at that time. So we started manually shutting it. Now it won’t shut at 70k miles. Not sure if it’s not closing all the way or not latching. I removed the driver's door latch assembly (the white part with metal arms) along with the lock actuator (the black part) from a 2006 Odyssey (touring I believe), to transfer to my 2009 Odyssey EX. The 2006 latch assembly fit normally in my 2009 Odyssey.
Perhaps it is not folded as far forward as it should be. I know that on my 2006 EX-L the driver's side middle row seat is sometimes hard to get back into the upright position just by pulling the lever. If I push the seat back further down, the lever then releases the back as it should. Perhaps your 3rd row seat is doing something similar.

Measure the drain and see if it is 0.4 amp. If it is, it is likely the rear latch on the side door. Ok, the drain is 0.112 amp total, and when I check fuse 13 itself, the drain is 0.090 amps.
