The frame is much trimmer – not chunky at all, and hence the trigger reach is actually a little shorter – not much – but enough to make it feel all that much better than the original Glock 30 trigger reach was. I bought a 36 after trying a 30. I wanted a compact .45,shot them both & the 36 felt better & I shot it better. Not long after a friend of mine @ work bought a 30sf. The 30sf definately felt better in my hand than did the 30, & had the shop had a 30sf when I bought the 36 I probably would have gone with the SF in favor of the larger ammo capacity.
