For easy demons, I would just say play random ones you see in the featured tab. Make a practice run and if you like it continue. For some nice, fun levels that shouldn't take long I reccomend Time Flies, Mesin, Strange Boxes, Sayonara, and Fun. Above those though, are Sky Tower, Dream Flower, and Megalodon.

8o or windy landscape are the easiest ones in imo opinion, but i can't say i think jumping from a medium demon is a good idea, try ToE II v2 and forest temple first, they might even be too hard to jump to.
