Much better controls on the 3+. 3+ uses different mags because it has more AR like controls. unless you hate compatibility forget the 3+. 3+ looks so much better and the mags are cheap af like 12 bucks rn. The upgrades to the 3+ aren't that big of a deal. Now you need different mags.
