Signed, I contacted oculus and they were willing to RMA but they needed the entire quest package and don't ship to/from my country so I'm stuck buying a replacement for $70 and forwarding it to my country.

Spray a drop of electrical contact cleaner into the joystick of your Rift-S/Quest controller. CRC Cleaner sort-of works, but the drift will come back after a few months. Also, due to being alcohol based it will dry out the plastics and likely irreparably ruin your controllers over time. Deoxit will fix your sticks. The drift won't return.
