It has a lot of bite and lacks complexity. Taste like malt spirit mixed with sherry and doesn't reflect that 17 age statement. The 15 yo highland is much better IMO. Never tried this specific offering, but Kirkland Scotch is very rarely bad, especially at their prices. It’s more than likely worth a shot.
