There are sensors on each side of drawer. The sensors have a clear lens on each. Clean. Also mine kept getting same problem after cleaning. So there is a hole a about the size of pencil eraser. Some poop got through hole on left sensor. It was on top of circuit. I used a soft DRY toothbrush to clean. After that no problems.
