The fastest way I've found is exploiting the invisible chest that holds the khajiit caravan's product in Dawnstar. Sell everything to the caravan (make sure you're not carrying too much as becoming encumbered makes this a pain) then run across the town to the box and take it all back for free and resell it to the caravan.
The invisible chest in dawnstar is the shop chest for the Khajiit Caravan. You can reset the contents of the chest by waiting for a caravan to come into Dawnstar. If you talk to them and they have a full inventory, you can loot those items from the chest. Dawnstar khajiit caravan not showing up. EVER. The chest is still here, full and lootable. But the caravan will not show up. I found it too, I believe that the Khajit Caravan comes to Dawnstar to restock and that is their chest to get new items from. I didn't read thoroughly on the page for Khajiit, so I may have missed this. Can't this be used as an infinite training for speech skill? just sell tons of stuff to the caravan, buy a ton of stuff, to your satisfaction, then go to the chest and get it all back, and continue the cycle.
