Jeep jk running hot.

The difference was immediate and pronounced. On the trip home using the menu for digital coolant temp I was running 185 to 205f. My Wrangler never ran that cool. Also, my gas miles went up between 1.5 to 1.7mpg with the engine not running so hot. I had the rad flushed/serviced about a month ago....then BAM, out of no where...my temps climb past 235 and the dial starts to move off of center. I have the feature to see the temp on the gauge cluster...and it'll bounce from 208-235 in the stretch of a mile. AC on. If I turn it off, same thing.

Mine only appears to be running hot after I have been going down the road and have the A/c on. If I turn the A/C off, the temp goes back down after a mile or so. Speed does not seem to matter... only the A/C running. The jeep is a 2004 4.0L 5 speed. I am not the original owner but have had the jeep for more than 2 years.
