Oct 29, 2017 · From all appearances, the door is dead. Nothing happens with the door at all with the remotes, the dashboard switches, with the power on/off, or with the inside/outside door handles. The passenger side door works flawlessly. I need to know if I can get this door to close, and just keep using the manual handle until I can get time to fix this.

That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. That said, that door is VERY unsafe without the rear latch in the latched position.Disconnect where the opening/closing cables attach do the door. Then it'll slide freely. Then you can decide whether you want to remove the whole motor or leave it in there. I'd disconnect the power to it so it doesn't beep at times.
