It is fantastic to see that you had a fantastic time at our all-inclusive and adults only resort thanks to our amazing restaurants, fun activities and great service. While I haven't stayed at EPM, I have stayed at Excellence Riviera Maya 6 times and booked for two more visits this year. My choice would be EPM over any of the Secrets. I enjoyed the Secrets resorts, but like Excellence better all round. I did stay Preferred Club at Secrets and Excellence Club at ERC. Normally, EPM is a good bit higher in cost ... FYI, I just checked the USA Transfers website and they'll charge you US$70 round trip for 1-3 people (that's per vehicle, not per person) or US$45 one way. We don't go to Secrets Cap Cana till next year so I can't really help with comparisons but we have stayed at Secrets Playa Mujeres & I have to say although we had an enjoyable holiday we weren't exactly blown away. Honestly, the service was so poor we didn't bother - we just left it.
