In 2022 the airport was still in the throes of redevelopment work so does anybody know if there is a left luggage facility at sxm or even if the business lounge is open? Stay in SXM whenever. It's really not that big of a deal. Anguilla is overwhelmingly the better of the two locations but it's fun to explore new places and try new things. We stayed in SXM for the last days of our vacation and I don't regret it. It made the travel home MUCH easier and MUCH shorter, especially being with a 4 year old. In all my years renting cars in SXM have nevr had to make a deposit or provide a CC to secure a reservartion. That is why you should look at Hertz SXM or others mentioned. 10. Properties Terran is flat hotel has nice resturants.Most islands anywhere have very little capability to handle an outbreak. SXM Hospital is on record saying their max would be 4 such patients. Really nice happy hour at Sublime SXM at Summit resort last evening. As always the views from here are wonderful. The lovely bartender Amber kept us laughing and our glasses full. We tried a couple of appetizers now that the kitchen is open and they were very yummy. It took just about an hour to get through everything and get to our gate on a Sunday in February for a 12:30 flight. I think that is typical, but them every once in a while the waits balloon to 2 hours.
