After you need to reset the system, roll the window all the way up and hold the switch in the up position for several seconds. The same system applies to the sunroof. Steve.

There's a window reset procedure that might fix this - maybe caused by the battery disconnect. I believe it's in the owner's manual, but I have a bookmark with the procedure. Apparently it just needs to be reset and the way you solve the problem is to run the window all the way up so it's closed, then you pull on the up switch again and hold it for 3 seconds.
