I take hamburger meat, chicken, steak, salad dressing, prepared breakfast foods, bacon. We usually stay 10 + nights so it helps with food budget and quick dinners as most of my stuff is already prepared and just needs cooking and/or reheating. Save. Don't fret, even though I also did exactly that. We did portal requests 7/28, 4 ppl using covid antibody tests from Quest and Labcorp. We did tests in advance in late May and submitted them to the portal with no issue. We had green QR codes back to emails in 32 hours.

I keep a day's worth with me for walking around money and the rest in the safe. Credit cards are accepted at more places these days, but some do not accept AmEx.

We bring collapsible 2L water bags with us to carry during the day and refill from the gallon jugs.
Starfish is the most consistent option for lobster on St. John. Yes to Calabash for local fish as well as great Mediterranean dips. Dave’s Coral Bay Fresh Market has fresh fish that he vacuum packs.
