Don't run Heat Riser on Yoshitsune, that's a waste of a skill slot. (For that matter, don't run Power Charge on Yoshi either, just have a dedicated Power/Mind Charge persona. Trumpeter and Beelzebub are good for this.) 2. I understand the process behind choosing Universal Law over Undying Fury, but I strongly recommend you to go for the latter in the case of Yoshitsune. Yes, Technicals at Rank 4 end up outdamaging Crits and all, but Undying Fury is just more consistent and boosts both Technicals and Crits.
