We have seen a few properties we like, but don't know how neighbourhoods compare: SE13 6 / SE6 4: in between Ladywell & Hither Green, south of Lewisham Park / Lewisham Hospital, north of Catford. SE19 2: Crystal Palace (Anerley end of hill) Broxbourne is a lovely place to raise a family. The broxbourne lido is great for days out, you can take a boat ride all the way to Ware and have fish and chips. The are clubs for the kids, tennis club, football and Herts Music centre (within grounds of Broxbourne school) where they teach all sorts of instruments.Carpet fitters have always moved the big furniture to one side of the room, laid the clear side, lifted the furniture over onto the new carpet, laid the other side, then put the furniture back in its original position. We had this problem but understand it as a vendor will not view you as ready until yours is sold and the likelihood is they will have sold by time your ready so they don't need to bother with viewings when you are not even on the market. You wouldn't be able to get a offer excepted or very unlikely.
