"Once per week"Legend dares won't be too difficult to find groups for. Because of the fixed enemy rotation every week, it's really quick to run since you can reliably have starhorse's favor for the second round and the boss. I've been farming legend with LFG groups instead of jumping into normal mode with matchmaking.

Legend dares aren't worth it for loot imo. The time it takes to form the party and complete it multiple times would equate to less normal dare runs/less chances in the same amount of time. Here's a video showing how to get access to legend dares. Basically pick up the quest at the kiosk in the tower, then you go to Eternity open the chest with a treasure key and then talk to Xur and you're good to go.
