Just ran 8 mags each through 3 different mags and had 17 malfunctions total. Was running 124gr and 115gr. I think your 2nd sentence is also a malfunction. 115gr - Sellier & Beloit FMJ, and Hornady Critical Defense JHP. My experience with the company and the mags are, Company poor shipping.
