It was described to me, by the seller, as a slightly used A2 SHSH2. I have tried searching the forum, but the variations, and acronyms relating to the Steel Heart are mind boggling. One could say the edge geometry played a massive role in it. I do think that Busse is probably testing out Magnacut as we speak at different hardnesses to find the optimal desired performance they want from their blades. Busse knives are made to be tough. They are sharp out if the box but because of the geometry and thickness behind the edge they can’t be expected to slice as well as thinner knives like bucks. It’s physics. Sharpness and slicyness are not the same lol.
