Part of a hospital, they will want you to see more patients. At my hospital, the heme/onc program tends to be about 50-55 hour weeks. Its a community program with plenty of other hospitals around. As far as vacation time, I can tell you my oncologist took 1 week vacations twice during the time I was getting chemo.
