I have both weapons upgraded to +10, and even with minimal strength, the Bloodhound's fang still does around ~200 more physical damage. Godslayer's greatsword does more overall with the fire damage, but some enemies are resistant of course. Bloodhound's fang also has more swings in its combo. It seems overall a little better.

Very few normal enemies are left standing after that combo. It's probably the only weapon u can powerstance dual wield by just 2H it. Obviously like any collosal greatsword, u might get into a little trouble against fast attacking enemies but that's not really a Starscourge issue but a collosal greatsword in general weakness.
