I’m getting a shudder/stutter when accelerating above 45mph. When I give it throttle above 45mph and it down shifts and puts the RPMs at 2,000, the shudder/stutter starts until 2,500 RPMs and then goes away. No issues under 45mph, during steady state driving, and it happen less when in tow haul mode. Running stock tune.

Not sure about the 10spd, but the 8 and 9 spd's had a shudder problem (with TSB's) at light throttle and between 20-40mph, usually 3rd or 4th gear. Do a double dump (drain and fill (change the filter) run a couple hundred miles, then drain and fill again).
