Gears, headers, intake, tuner and bed cover = about the best performance and mpg you'll achieve when lifting and going with larger/heavier/more aggressive tires. I have a 2012 f150 5.0L running 6.5" lift with 35x20's and no aftermarket performance currently. I'm getting on the avg. 11MPG.Bilstein or Eibach adjustable shocks in the front. Don’t have to touch the rear. 35’s on stock rims may rub the UCA if you go 12.5” wide without spacers. 34x11 or 35x11.5 will fit perfectly without trimming rubbing. MPG will drop to some extent.
