I use Eleonoras PB together with a Godskin Peeler with frost for PvE. Gives me bleed and frost procs and on the next attack, the fire damage from Eleonoras PB removes the frost build up and lets me proc frost it instantly again. I'm melting bosses with this set up. But it makes a lot of bosses ridiculously easy and can take the fun out of fights.
