My LML would pretty much instantly start within less than a second of cranking when not freezing cold. I'll have to time them and see if there is really a significant difference or just seems like a long time to me.

I assume dp is differential pressure sensor. Unsure if programming is needed for that. 2019 3500HD, Cclb, Drw, Deleted and Tuned, Wehrli turbo horn, intake, boost tubes, Banks idash, S&B map spacer, VSE fuel filtration, 5 inch exhaust. The NOX sensor require a relearn/reset. Higher end scan tools have this capability.

according to the capacity charts on gm-techlink the oil capacity has been 10 qts. on both 2019/2020 even though the filters changed. The filter on the 2019 L5D is the smaller filter just like the 2020 L5P and it takes 10 qts. as well. I have used 10 qts. on all my dmaxs and they all showed full-- just sayin".The L5P has almost a second faster 0-60 time than the same LML on paper. This VSE unit IMO is best since there is filtration AFTER the WIF sensor. Single filter L5P aftermarket units the WIF sensor is on the 'clean' side of the filter....if the water light comes on then it's too late. Stock filter has 2 sets of filter media in it, main one before the WIF and a secondary filter bit after the sensor.Lubrication Description. I chose not to use the stock short section as the hose I used is very good quality and retains its form.

Aug 12, 2020 · I would never consider a LML after owning a L5P. $1500 to delete a Cummins or LML. $7,000 to delete an L5P. $3,000 to convert from a CP4 to CP3 on the LML. $700+ to level the GMC/Chevy compared to $100 to level the Ram. Personally, I would never consider long-term ownership of a modern diesel with emissions intact.
