Question: Our 2013 Honda Pilot was saying "check fuel cap" for a few days, so we kept trying to tighten it. Eventually the engine light came on a week later. We replaced the fuel cap with a new one purchased from Honda. The code was P0743 "Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Electrical". After reading 19 pages in this thread, I have yet to see that code. I drained the tranny fluid (~3.5 qts) and put in new. No check engine light, just flashing "D", but the OBD scanner showed a code for the 3rd transmission pressure switch. The transmission seemed to work fine. In January I paid almost $60 and the price has since dropped to about $45. Listed as genuine Honda part. Easy job to DIY. I suggest just changing one switch and see if the problem is fixed.
