On friday, my CUE went out as a result I have no heat, power steering, and the OnStar does not work. I am not sure what the issue is, but my warranty recently expired as I am 4,000 miles over. This is a common issue with screens prior to 2018. The screen needs to be replaced. It's not too much $$. Can be found at cuescreens.com.
