Ok, well, the only other skill I can recommend you replacing is Maximum Charge for Burst Charge (if you have it unlocked) It allows you to regen Ki a lot quicker in the heat of battle. With a 6*qqb with +5 +5 +5 +3 +2 +2 I find the difference between putting 83 or 125 points in Blast or Strike to be minimal personally. For QQB parameters +1 it will be the equivalent to adding 10 points in said damage category.
