Just heard a friends new Heretic and Sundara. Quite impressive for the money. I haven't heard that many lower end Schiit integrateds. It's not as good as the Lyr, but its a lot cheaper. I agree the highs are from the dry/mechanical school, but, I was using my Gumby A1 which is pretty mellow. An Sabre might very well have been worse.

I can send the digital through the schiit DAC and the rca to the speakers. The squeezebox has volume so I can control the volume to the speakers.
