I've heard of kids with family incomes of over $200k a year getting matched. You'd have to have an outstanding application otherwise, but it's possible. Secondly, assets aren't as big of a deal as income in my experience.

FAFSA EFC is completely irrelevant only the school EFC matters. e.g. Yale only matched to 0 EFC but for Yale, anyone w/ an income <$75k has an EFC of 0. EFC also varies by school. At Brown, according to the NPC, my EFC is $8000 because my family owns a home. at Rice the NPC says it is $800. my FAFSA EFC is 3.1k. 48.SDC stock is losing the momentum it built with yesterday's short squeeze. QuestBridge doesn't make that decision; rather, the schools decide which finalists will be "matched" or accepted via regular decision. If I could make one suggestion for QuestBridge, it would be to provide more essay assistance for applicants accepted as part of the program and, more importantly, applicants who become finalists.ADMIN MOD. So, when I was doing my QuestBridge application, I thought that we were required to submit all our test scores no matter what and thus reported my 2.
